1.We usually pack the goods without original package , pls pay attention to it before buying .If you need the original package ,pls pay for the extra fee for the package .

3.Orders will be sent via China post airmail If you need the item very urgently, please contact us for express shipping. We will calculate the express shipping cost for you. Express shipping takes about 3-7 days to arrive.
Because sometimes it will be delayed for traffic or flight. Please do not open dispute to us. We will take responsibility to resend or refund for any lost item.

Return/replacement policy:
1. Refund or replacement request is available within 2 weeks since you receive the item.
2. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number and reason for returning are required on the package. Items returned must include all original packaging.
3. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and new replacement will be sent out
immediately if item returned is found out defective. If a suitable replacement is not available then a

4. Items returned without RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
