When staff of exprss company send you goods, please check them carefullly if there are any damages before you sign on waybill.
If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fee are non refundable.
If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
