Shipment
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (Except some countries and APO/FPO). The shipping method depends on your choice.
2. Items will be sent out in 1-7 working days after the payment is cleared and then provide you tracking number and tracking webiste.We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
3. All items packed with protective Bubble to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
7. Delivery Time:
A: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Warranty and Returns Policy:

1. This item is ALL BRAND NEW and in the original factory box and packing, all products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
2. Normally we provide 1 years warranty for consumer to our LED lights. If the led lights were broken in two years due to quality issues, we will repair it for free. (Excluding items damaged or misused after receipt).
3. Before returning goods, please contacts us first to discuss the issues you are having. Meanwhile please tell us what the defect is, to eliminate improper use. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
4. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.
5. Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.
6. Return shipping fee be responsible from buyer.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
